In case 58 I'm joined by Mr. Simon Simonsen of Vejle, Denmark. He presents a 62 year old female with left low back and thigh pain. Great discussion on derangements with extension directional preference and relevant lateral components are had with Simon. He also addresses alternative loading strategies for those patients who don't readily centralize with asymmetrical pain. And, a great lesson related to listening and having a keen eye of the patient when a subtle mention led to a really important finding for a needed intervention for full recovery. (43min, 40sec)
