In session 042002 of Case Conversations Mr. Stephen Klassen joins us for a second recording to give an update of the 50 yr old male with left shoulder, arm and hand pain from the previous session and to highlight a 60 yr old female with intermittent right knee pain. Both patients were assessed and managed through an MDT approach via telehealth. He shares more considerations related to conducting an exam through remote, videoconferencing methods, his clinical reasoning through the patient history, challenges with ruling out the spine through a remote session and how he handles that, loading strategies tested locally and recovery of function principles needed for full recovery.
