In session 012202 with Jonathan Dolutan of Tampa, Florida USA we hear him present a 45 year old female with the complaint of medial and lateral elbow and shoulder pain. He shares the thorough history he took from this patient, a PDF illustration he uses to help the patient understand and permit him to screen the spine when, originally, the patient’s understanding is that it is a simple extremity problem. He also gives his interpretation of the patient’s information to quickly narrow the likely classification down to two possibilities, a pattern of cervical deviation he’s seen with some extremity patients and how he addresses that, and how he gives his patient a choice between to variations of lateral flexion and why he gives them that choice.
