A personal message from Jason

Hi and welcome!

I am a physical therapist diplomaed in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT) also known as the McKenzie Method.  I am a private practice owner in the Memphis, TN USA area.  I am a father to four daughters, a friend, a son, a brother to two sisters, and a grandfather to two boys. I love the outdoors, most sports, growing some of my own food in my backyard, and exercising in a lot of different ways.  I’m persuaded that more people dealing with mechanically generated pain need proper education and should be examined and treated first through a sound mechanical examination.

I hope to, in some small or large way, contribute to making great content available that inspires, educates, and entertains others with the same interests.
