Charlotte and Steen present a 30 year old male who presented with right lower thoracic and low back pain. The patient exhibited some common psychosocial challenges and displayed views and attitudes which prohibited a positive outcome until Steen and Charlotte addressed negative thoughts with psychological coaching approaches well supported in the research.
