In case #5 I'm joined by Mr. Jon Weinberg reviewing a 76 year old male with hip and leg pain with walking.  Amongst other topics, Jon remarks on uncovering hints to rule in or out cardiac sources, vascular courses and lumbar sources.  This is a great patient with some symptoms worsening with some positions or movements while other symptoms worsen with others.  Some of the issues we dig into deeper include discussing the importance of checking side-gliding and occasions when the clinician may need to progress or regress the force.
