In Session 062201-2 we're joined by additional McKenzie Institute faculty, Jorge Lledo of Spain and Eva Novakova of the Czech Republic.

Our focus is on stenosis, specifically lumbar stenosis including differential diagnosis through the history and physical examination testing, condition management principles and patient education. 

In this second session, Session 062202 with Eva, she presents a 70 year old male with back, bilateral leg and calf pain limiting walking and standing. This patient underwent lumbar decompression although no better after. He was frustrated, hopeless and depressed upon seeing Eva. She shares her history and the examination and what she heard and observed which led her to rule in or out spinal stenosis and what did or didn't offer a suggestion that he may have another mechanism of symptoms. She describes how this patient exhibited mechanical changes before any symptomatic changes improved, differential diagnosis reasoning principles and plenty more.
