We discuss the patient’s history and what is mentioned which leads Greg to interpret the behavior of the symptoms to suggest a particular classification.  A second layer of questions Greg might ask to further build confidence and narrow down the likely classification. The importance of identifying the mechanical response not just keeping a close look at the symptomatic response.
